Dr. Thomas H. Batchelor Smart Start Resource Center
Providing a lending library of educational toys and books

The Smart Start Dr. Thomas H. Batchelor Early Childhood Resource Center offers multi-cultural and educational materials for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.  For a low membership fee, parents can borrow items such as toys, books and musical instruments for children’s playtime or to help strengthen motor skills.  Teachers and caregivers can also use this resource to assist with their lesson plans and to enhance the variety of materials in their classrooms.  For more information, call the Smart Start Resource Center at 704-635-8912.
