The Smart Start Early Intervention Liaison works with physician practices to create or enhance the process of completing quality developmental screenings for young children.  The liaison also offers information to help parents understand their children’s progress through growth milestones as well as referrals to community agencies.  Call Carolina Developmental Services at 704-320-4959 for more information.
